Wat Hua Wiang
This temple, built in 1863, was then the second known temple to be built in Mae Hong Son province. In this temple, it is to be found a royal-attired Buddha image named "Phra Chao Phla La Khang". A replica of the brazenness image named "Phra Mahamuni" in Mandalay, Myanmar, where it was cast into 9 segments. The image was brought into the country in pieces through the Pae River and was assembled at Mae Hong Son in 1937.The chapel of the image has both Burmese and Thai Yai architecture, it has decoration with glasses and floor-tile from Myanmar.
